A strong team

Christoph Strasser, Sales Manager (FH), has been responsible for the strategic orientation of MaxSolar since his appointment as Managing Director in 2018. From 2014 onwards, he already worked as sales manager for MaxSolar in Traunstein, with further focal points such as the management of all operating companies, the financing of project developments as well as his main activities in the responsibility for sales and results. 

Overall, Christoph Strasser has been active in the renewable energy sector since 2008, with a particular focus on photovoltaics. He acquired his know-how at previous solar companies in Germany.

Guido Reinecke is an authorised signatory and member of the management board within MaxSolar. He is responsible for the areas of Finance, Project Finance & Transaction, as well as IT and Digitalisation. He studied business administration in Frankfurt am Main with a focus on finance and has extensive international experience in bank and capital market financing, within industrial companies such as Siemens and E.ON, as well as in the professionalisation and scaling of young companies and growth industries.

Matthias Giller has been a member of the management team since 2022 and is responsible for sales and the technological development of battery storage systems. He has several years of international experience in sales of renewable energies with a focus on battery storage systems. He has been Managing Director of the subsidiary Energy Partners since 01.01.2024.

Claudia Huber joined MaxSolar in 2020 and has been a member of the Executive Board since then in her role as Head of Finance. She brings with her many years of management experience - including international experience - from various industries.

Thomas Althaus has been with MaxSolar since 01.10.2022. As Head of Human Resources, he and his team are responsible for all employee-related HR topics, such as employer branding, recruiting, onboarding and employee development. Thomas previously gained many years of international industry experience in sectors such as telecom, IT and automotive.

Sheela Sanei is responsible for the commercial area at MaxSolar. She manages offtaker agreements for all technologies in the MaxSolar portfolio and provides financial support for inorganic growth opportunities. Sheela brings several years of international experience in business development and transaction management for PPA structures and M&As for PV and battery storage projects.
